I have already had the opportunity to participate in two Arthritis Walks this spring. One was held on the National Mall in Washington, DC and the other took place at Kings Dominion Amusement Park near Richmond, VA. The events were fun and raised more funds for the Arthritis Foundation than last year’s events.

Walk on the Wild Side is the third annual 5K charity walk event, benefiting Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation in Kendalia, Texas. Wildlife Rescue helps thousands of animals, both wild and domestic, every year by providing sanctuary, health care and rehabilitation, and release, adoption, or sanctuary, as each situation dictates.
