Wildlife Rescue & RehabilitationWalk on the Wild Side is the third annual 5K charity walk event, benefiting Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation in Kendalia, Texas.  Wildlife Rescue helps thousands of animals, both wild and domestic, every year by providing sanctuary, health care and rehabilitation, and release, adoption, or sanctuary, as each situation dictates.

Entry fee for this event is $25 per adult (children free) until September 24th.  Late registration begins September 25th and is $35 per adult (children free).

This is a great family and friends fun event.  There are some great prizes worth getting sponsor dollars:

  • For the Walker/Family who brings in the most sponsorship dollars (minimum of $500 to qualify):

First Prize: 2 round trip tickets to any Southwest Airlines destination

Second Prize: Two night deluxe accommodations for two at the J.W.  Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa (Room, tax, and resort service fee included).

  • For the Team that brings in the most sponsorship dollars (minimum of $1000 to qualify):

One (1) San Antonio Spurs Suite Night during the 2010/2011 Season.  To include 22 Suite Tickets and 5 Parking Passes.

Post-walk there will be music, food, beverages, and entertainment.
